Stunning!

Slow and building, this song is great for writers like myself who need certain themes. I love this song. Its great for a movie soundtrack, like it belongs it Lord of the Rings or some epic movie that has yet to be released. Awesome!

nubbinownz responds:

Oh how I love the lord of the rings! <3 thank you so much!

Silent Hill Reminder

Reminds me of Silent Hill, when the town is shifting to the alternate reality. Lots of gore and blood and screaming. :) Hahaha. OR it could be a music video to Twenty Eight weeks later. Could use more than just sounds though. Perhaps a melody playing along with the noises. Still good work though!

snayk responds:

Thanks, but you should have listened to the whole thing. At about 1:56, a melody starts up and the song continues from there. I'm glad you enjoyed the intro, but I wish you had heard the whole thing before coming up with a verdict.

Thanks for the review.

Inspired Me!

The ashes are falling. He jumps over the bodies trying to ignore the sickening crack of a broken bone. The stink of the dead fills his nose and a distinctive smell of sulfur hung in the mixture. He stares as the creature moves. It was a big thing that came towards him. Big and black. He lay down among the mass of bodies as the eight-legged giant ran across his back.

Haha, sorry couldn't help it. This inspired me to write it! :) Awesome work! Please create more like these! Perhaps with less techno sounds and more piano-like things? I dunno. Sounds great though!

snayk responds:

Cool! I'm flattered to know I've inspired you. Thanks for the review (and the compliment)!

I usually go through phases with music making; for a period of time, a lot of the tracks I produce share a familiarity. I always love using piano in my music, and I still do it pretty regularly - it's just not as often the main focus as with some of my older songs.

Thanks again.

GAH! AWESOME!

Your song is total awesomeness. It sounded like it belonged in the movie "The Locker" like at the end or something. The movie was about this locker, and this kid who haunted it. Killed damn near everyone. The crying baby and the creepy atmosphere definably gave me a reminder of that. I'm not sure weather to be happy about that or not. Oh well. Definably a good song. You've got skill!

snayk responds:

I've never heard of the film.

I'm glad you enjoyed my song and it created an atmosphere for you. Thanks for the review!
